TRADITIONAL YOGA OFFERINGS

After seven years of regular practice in Ashtanga-informed vinyasa classes, Dr. Johnson earned her 200 RYT in 2020. She has since earned certifications in Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, Meditation, and Sequenceology, as well as received additional education in hands-on assistance. This training has deepened Dr. Johnson's appreciation for the mind-body connection and how the yogic practice complements or confirms research in the psychological field. She is currently teaching in Bucks County and offers yoga and meditation as therapeutic services.  Information on how to register for classes can be found at the bottom of the page.

Iyengar Yoga Class Triangle

Warm Power Flow - Mondays 5:30-6:30pm

All level, Vinyasa style yoga class linking breathe to movement. Flows are creative and challenging designed to increase heat in the body and improve strength. Unique transitions will be incorporated to change the way Yogis move in and out of asanas (shapes), fostering resilience in the body and mind. Each flow is designed to open the body and mind in preparation for a peak pose. Class heated to temperatures between 85-95

Warrior One

Hatha - Tuesdays 6:00-7:00pm

​Class focuses on a foundational sequence of postures. Poses are held for several breathes to allow relaxation into the shape. Props are used to aid in modifying a posture and finding alignment. Class includes breathe work, meditation, and introduction on how to utilize the bundas. It an ideal foundational class for those discovering yoga, returning to the mat, looking for a more meditative practice, or wanting to feel more confident transitioning between poses in a Vinyasa class. All level practitioners are welcome. Non-heated class.

Yoga Studio

Yoga Nidra - Last Sunday of the Month

6:00-7:30pm

Yoga Nidra is also known as yogic sleep. The class will begin with a gentle asana sequence to release excess energy in preparation for the guided meditation. Unlike other forms of meditation, Yoga Nidra invites you to “let go.” Yogis are encouraged to embrace the experience by donning PJs, and bringing pillows, blankets, and eye pillows. Afterward, yogis will receive a unique wellness kit to aid them in maintaining and reconnecting to the restful, rejuvenation experience.

Corporate Yoga/Wellness Events/Clinician Specific Yoga

Corporate Yoga classes are a great way to improve workplace morale, increase productivity and bring everyone together for a fun activity as a group. Yoga can be a welcome break to a busy work day or a relaxing way to de-stress at the end of the day. Corporate yoga has become popular because of the stress reduction benefits and positive impact on employee morale and health. Whether your team already has an established home practice or this is their first yoga experience, they will be guided through a set of yoga poses designed to promote mental relaxation and physical rehabilitation. Your team will leave feeling refreshed, energized and less stressed.
